Brains rappresenta l’esigenza di innescare una riflessione sulla trasformazione dell’identità operata dai social network. La realtà aumentata ormai sta divenendo sempre più inscindibile e indistinguibile dalla vita reale. Il modo dei social network è sempre più spesso determinante nelle relazioni interpersonali e nelle vite delle persone.
I cervelli incisi sui pcb (printed circuit board) rappresentano delle identità digitali trasposte in una forma visibile, coerente con le nuove tecnologie che ci circondano. Ogni cervello è diverso dall’altro, rappresenta un singolo individuo, è come un baule pieno di tutto ciò che fa parte della vita di una persona e vuole essere un’interpretazione fisica e tangibile di quello che nell'ambiente virtuale è l'avatar.
Il progetto artistico è accompagnato da una proiezione olografica (come viene mostrato nel video) che rende visibile l'identità digitale di uno dei cervelli incisi su pcb.

Brains represents the need to trigger a reflection on the transformation of identity operated by social networks. The augmented reality is becoming increasingly inseparable and indistinguishable from the real life. online social networking communities are becoming increasingly important in interpersonal relationships and in people's lives.
Brains are digital identities transposed into a visible form, that is consistent with new technologies around us. Each brain is different from the other, it represents an individual, it is like a box full of all things of a person's life and it wants to be a physical and tangible interpretation of what the avatar is in the virtual environment.
The art project is accompained by an holographic projection (as shown in the video) that makes visible the digital identity of one of brains engraved on pcb.
